Event Description

As affordable housing operators and managers increasingly turn to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline operations and optimize financial management, equity investors need to understand how these technologies can impact their investments. AHIC’s May Third Thursday will provide equity investors a clear understanding of the AI systems operators and managers are deploying in affordable housing.

We’ll dive into the key areas where AI is being implemented, such as compliance, tenant retention, market forecasting, and asset management, and explore the critical questions investors should ask to assess and manage their own investment risk. This session will provide you with the tools to better evaluate how AI adoption in day-to-day operations can impact your portfolio’s performance, risk profile, and long-term value.

Open to Investor and Affiliate Representatives
