She continued her real estate journey to RealPage in 2017, creating the Renter Engagement Suite, enhancing payments capabilities, launching AI Screening, and consulting with the world’s largest alternative asset & investment management companies on analytics, business intelligence, and AI. Anne joined Thirty Capital, a private equity firm focused in real estate, technology, advisory, and financial services in 2021 and served as the Chief Strategy Officer.
In addition to advising rental housing organizations, Anne has founded, developed, and sold two technology companies, steered strategic planning and development for an $18 billion affordable housing & commercial real estate portfolio, and established impactful partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and real estate industry associations. She is dedicated to educating, recruiting and retaining talent in the rental housing industry and is the founder of the Rental Housing Data, Analytics, and AI Institute.
