Details:
Support the origination and execution of capital raising for primary and secondary LIHTC sales.
Project Manager on transaction closings
Effectively communicate with clients and third-party consultant, counsel and fund managers during the due diligence process and closing of transactions.
Manage data and offering materials related to affordable housing tax credit investments.
Maintain strong internal relationships within the IB and Research & Securities departments and institutional clients to maximize firm-wide success.
Develop an understanding of the clients\' LIHTC portfolios, including investment return goals and risk tolerance.
Partner with the Tax Credit Advisory Services team to develop and implement risk management processes.
Perform other analytical and detail-oriented duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
7+ years of investment management, real estate equity underwriting, finance, and/or analysis experience.
Experience with the LIHTC asset class is preferred.
