Following our business meeting, we'll have a brief presentation introducing AHIC's new Permanent Supportive Housing Guidance.  We’ll walk through the key elements of the framework—special considerations for PSH, due diligence tools, and investor underwriting approaches—and provide time for Q&A to help investors and syndicators understand how to implement the guidance.
