Thank you for your interest in sponsoring AHIC's Fall Summit and supporting the AHIC mission. Use this form to reserve your sponsorship and then provide the details related to your firm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@ahic.org.

- If you are unsure whether your firm is a member, use our Membership Directory to search for your firm. If your firm is not a member, learn more about joining AHIC here.
- If your firm is an AHIC member, but you do not have an account in our database, go to "Create Account" to create your account. Once your account is approved, you can log on and reserve a sponsorship.
Sponsorships are committed on a first-come, first-served basis, and firms are limited to one sponsorship per meeting.
